Since 1986, Craig Sundecks & Porches has been building well-designed porches for homeowners in Northern Virginia, adding value to their homes and creating outdoor spaces for families to enjoy, no matter the weather.
Our porches are custom built to your needs and budget. We design a perfectly sized porch to work with your home’s existing structure with materials that suit your home’s architectural style. The porch design can be open or enclosed with screens or windows. Some porches may also have railings, columns, or other decorative features depending on your design requests.

3-SEASON PORCHES
By utilizing the four-track window systems, 3-season porches provide year-round enjoyment and are fully adjustable. The benefit of these rooms lies in your ability to control tree pollen and colder temperatures from November to March. With the addition of a heat source, these rooms can be enjoyed year-round, while transforming back into a full-screen porch during the summer.
SCREEN PORCHES
Given Northern Virginia's reputation for insects and high temperatures with humidity, a screened porch is an ideal solution when considering porch options. It extends your usable season by several months each year and offers the advantage of furnishing this room similarly to your house, allowing for various interior design treatments.
COVERED PORCHES
Commonly referred to as “Southern Living” porches, the traditional architecture of covered porches is very formal and elegant. Beaded ceiling, crown molding, special lighting, and elegant columns are all finishes that give our covered porches an elegant finish. A covered porch offers a very open feel to your outdoor environment.
